  Extremely knowledgeable owner (with many years of experience at Penfolds), gave us all the most educational intro on wine out of the three places we went to (on Adelaide Sightseeing's Barossa Food & Wine Tour) and served cheese and gluten free rice crackers that really went well with the wine. Thx so much for demystifying the use of screw caps vs cork! Now i know why and the difference. Highly recommended!

  Pindarie is one of my favourite places in the Barossa Valley. Wine aside (which is fab, we had it at our wedding at Kingsford Homestead) as a venue it's second-to-none. We organised a casual day-before-the-wedding do directly with Rick and the team and weren't able to provide them with loads of details ie how many people, whether they wanted to wine taste, eat etc as we simply didn't know who would rock-up. In the end.. loads of people did, I'd say near on 60 or 70 and I was anxious we'd put too much last minute pressure on the team at Pindarie to handle. But they were bloody amazing, we had loads of beautiful platters, loads of wine and and an absolutely gorgeous time under the tree outside - nothing was too much trouble. People still tell us how much they enjoyed the afternoon before the wedding so I'd really like to thank and HIGHLY recommend Pindarie as a wonderful place to stop whenever you find yourself in the Barossa. They also do fabulous pies in the cooler months :-)

  We visited recently and loved it. The server was helpful and genuine, wine was amazing and the view sensational. Perfect for parents while the kids can climb on the hay bails, dig in the sandpit or use the footy's and soccerballs provided - perfect! I will be back for another bottle of reisling ASAP

  The tempranillo here is TO DIE FOR. I bought a case. It is so damn good. The winery has a great menu as well, go for a nice long lunch and enjoy the views.
